非病毒基因载体的出现,为基因治疗提供了低毒、易于大规模制备的载体。但与病毒载体相比,非病毒基因载体的转染效率仍然偏低,阻碍了非病毒基因载体的临床应用。本文旨在探讨精蛋白在改进非病毒基因载体方面的应用,希望通过合理的载体设计与优化,制备出一种高效、低毒的基因载体。 |

Non-viral gene vector, even has merits of nontoxic and easy preparation, has low transfection efficiency compared with viral vector, which handicaps its clinical application. This review tends to provide a new method of improving gene transfection efficiency by protamine. With proper design and optimization, it is possible to prepare an efficient and nontoxic gene vector. |
