摘要: |
目的 研究微波辅助提取桂北金槐槐米中芦丁的工艺条件。方法 采用乙醇为溶剂,以芦丁粗品的提取率为指标,考察微波功率、料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间和静置时间对芦丁提取率的影响。结果 微波辅助提取槐米中芦丁的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率为380 W,料液比为1∶20,乙醇浓度为55%,提取9 min,再静置8 h后芦丁提取率最高,达30.83%。结论 应用微波辅助提取槐米中芦丁的提取时间短,提取率高,具有较好的发展前景。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To study the extraction technology conditions of rutin from Sophorae Flos by microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) method. METHODS Ethanol was used as extraction solvent, the content of rutin was determined by HPLC. The influence of ratio of material to solvent, radiation time, microwave power, temperature and extraction time were studied so as to analyze the factors which affected the extraction yield of rutin by MAE. RESULTS The optimum extraction parameters were chosen as follows: the microwave power was 380 W, the ratio of material to solvent was 1∶20, the concentration of ethanol was 55%, the extraction time was 9 minutes and the standing time was 8 hours. The production rate was 30.83%. CONCLUSION The results indicate that MAE is fast, efficient and it has good prospects of application. |
