Abstract: |
With the development of electrochemical technology, electrochemical sensor technology is increasingly becoming one of important methods in life science, clinical diagnosis and pharmaceutical analysis. This review mainly accounts for the basic conception and principle of electrochemical sensor, DNA biosensor, enzyme biosensor and immunity biosensor. By the way, the advance and the application of those sensors are recommended in the fields of life science, pharmaceutical analysis and traditional Chinese medicine. |
