目的 分析黄芩粗多糖的种类和相对分子质量的分布情况。方法 采用高效凝胶渗透色谱法和乙醇分级沉淀法。结果 黄芩粗多糖按照相对分子质量分布分成两部分,即高分子部分和低分子部分。结论 黄芩粗多糖低分子部分是一个纯度很高的多糖,具有一定的开发价值。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To get a rough perception of the composition and the distribution of the molecular weight of crude Scutellaria polysaccharides. METHODS HPGPC and alcohol fractionation methods were used. RESULTS Crude Scutellaria polysaccharides were divided into two parts according to their ranges of molecular weight, namely, the macromolecule part and the micromolecule part. CONCLUSION The micromolecule part of the polysaccharides exhibits the character of pure substance which is exploitable. |
