甘肃不同产地大黄中重金属的含量测定

摘要:
目的 测定甘肃不同产地大黄中重金属的含量。方法 用原子荧光光谱法测定As,Hg,Cd,Pb的含量。结果 不同产地大黄中重金属元素的含量有一定差异,但其重金属含量均未超出限量。结论 实验检测大黄中重金属既为大黄药材的质量评价提供资料,也为制定药材中重金属限量标准提供参考。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of heavy metals in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma from different habitats of Gansu. METHODS The contents of As, Hg, Cd, Pb were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. RESULTS The contents of the heavy metals were different among Rhei Radix et Rhizoma from different habitats of Gansu, but they did not exceeded the standard. CONCLUSION It provides the valuable materials for quality assessment of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and offers the reference for establishing the standard of heavy metals dose limited of crude drug.
