摘要: |
目的 建立盐酸二甲双胍片含量测定结果的不确定度评定。方法 建立紫外分光光度法测定盐酸二甲双胍片含量的不确定度计算模型,对紫外分光光度法测定中的各影响因素进行分析。结果 扩展不确定度为2.7%,覆盖因子κ=2。结论 在现有条件下使测定结果受控,并可通过分析各分量的标准不确定的大小来优化实验,使测定结果更加可靠。 |

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty of the content determination of metformin hydrochloride in metformin hydrochloride tablets by UV. METHODS The model for evaluation of the uncertainty was established in measurement were analyzed. The influencing factors on the uncertainty in the procedure of the content determination were evaluated, including repeatability of results of measurements, the weight of sample, the dilated volume of sample, the measurement by ultraviolet visible absorption spectroscopy. RESULTS The expanded uncertainty U95 was 2.7%, the coverage factor was 2. CONCLUSION To make the measurement under control, the more reliable results of the measurement could be obtained when the measure was optimized by magnitude analysis all standard uncertainty. |
