复方芸归颗粒制备工艺研究

摘要:
目的 优选复方芸归颗粒最佳制备工艺。方法 以方中主药当归活性成分阿魏酸、枳壳的活性成分柚皮苷提取量为评价指标,高效液相色谱法定量,采用L9(34)正交设计试验法,对复方芸归颗粒制备过程中的水提取工艺进行优化,并进行制粒工艺研究。结果 最佳提取工艺为:加水量10倍、提取时间为1.5 h、提取次数为2次;制粒工艺:提取液减压浓缩后喷雾干燥得药粉,以90%乙醇作润湿剂,药粉∶辅料为1∶0.5,矫味剂用量为0.2%。结论 该工艺合理可行,适用于复方芸归颗粒的制备。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To optimize preparation technology of complex prescription Yungui granules(CPYGG). METHODS Using the content of ferulaic acid in Ligustici Radix and naringin in Aurantii Fructus as the index, HPLC was used to quantitative, extraction time, the amout of water, extracting times, degree on extraction technology were evaluated by L9(34) orthogonal design method. Granulating conditions were studied. RESULTS The superior technology of water extraction were as follows: 10 times as much water, extracted 1.5 h for 2 times. Wetting agent was 90% alcohol, extraction powder∶ adjuvant was 1∶0.5, 0.2% sweeting agent was added. CONCLUSION The preparation procedure is stable and feasible, it can be used for the preparation of CPYGG.
