摘要: |
目的 研究神香草Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss.的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱分离纯化,通过理化常数和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从神香草乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部分分离得到7个化合物,经理化常数和波谱数据分析,分别鉴定为白杨素(Ⅰ)、二十四亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(Ⅱ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅲ)、正十六烷醇(Ⅳ)、蜡醇(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss.. METHODS Isolation and purification were carried out by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies. Compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from the plant. Their structures were identified as chrysin(Ⅰ), 24-methylenecycloartanol(Ⅱ), oleanolic acid(Ⅲ), n-hexadecanol(Ⅳ), hexacosyl alcohol(Ⅴ), β-sitosterol(Ⅵ), daucosterol(Ⅶ), respectively. CONCLUSION CompoundsⅠ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ are isolated from the plant for the first time. |
