贵州苗药无花果的质量标准研究

摘要:
目的 建立贵州苗药无花果的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对无花果中补骨脂素进行定性鉴别。以高效液相色谱法测补骨脂素的含量,硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖含量。结果 TLC图谱专属性强,阴性无干扰。多糖在0.039 878~ 0.099 695 mg·mL-1内线性关系良好,回归方程Y=7.449 4X-0.000 9(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为98.1%(n=6,RSD=1.48%)。补骨脂素进样量在0.000 625~1.875 μg内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=8×106X+124 304(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为103.6%(n=6,RSD=1.40%)。结论 本方法简便、灵敏度高、结果准确,可有效控制无花果的质量。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study on the quality standard of Miao herba Wuhuaguo. METHODS Psoralen was identified by TLC. The content of polysaccharides in Wuhuaguo was determined by sulfuric acid–phenol. The content of psoralen in Wuhuaguo was determined by HPLC. RESULTS TLC spots developed were fairly clear and the negative control showed no interference. The polysaccharides was linear in the range of 0.039 878-0.099 695 mg·mL-1. The regression equation was Y=7.449 4X-0.000 9 (r=0.999 6). The average recovery was 98.1% (n=6, RSD=1.48%). The psoralen was linear in the range of 0.000 625-1.875 μg. The regression equation was Y=8×106X+124 304(r=0.999 6). The average recovery was 103.6%(n=6, RSD=1.40%). CONCLUSION This method is convenient, accurate, high sensitivity, and can be used to control the quality of Wuhuaguo.
