羚羊角及其混伪品GC鉴别及聚类分析

摘要:
目的 利用羚羊角及其混伪品中脂类化学成分的不同来鉴别羚羊角。方法 溶剂法提取脂类成分,经甲酯化,采用气相色谱分离鉴定,归一化法计算相对百分含量,并进行聚类分析。结果 从5种牛科动物角中共得到47个色谱峰,其中3个为相对百分含量大于5%的共有峰,且羚羊角的3个共有峰之比有一定规律;采用系统聚类法可将5种角分为羚羊角与其他角2类。结论 可利用气相色谱共有峰之比鉴别羚羊角。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE Use of different lipids in the chemical composition to identify Saigae Tataricae Cornu and its adulterants. METHODS The lipids were extracted by solvent method, then esterified, and identified by capillary gas chromatography-computer technique. RESULTS Namely 47 peaks had been identified out from Saigae Tataricae Cornu and its adulterants, three of them for the relative contents of more than 5% of the total peak. And Saigae Tataricae Cornu of the three peaks were of more than a certain rule. Clustering method using the system could be divided into five kinds of corner of Saigae Tataricae Cornu and other Class 2. CONCLUSION The ratio of GC peaks can be used to identify Saigae Tataricae Cornu.
