| 本文报导用比色法测定蜂花粉中总黄酮含量的方法。此法采用70%乙醇提取,以5%亚硝酸纳溶液,10%硝酸铝溶液和氢氧化钠试液为显色剂,在波长510nm处测定吸收度。方法简便易行,重现性好,加样回收率为98.99%,变异系数1.29%。 |
