| 香菇多糖(KS—2)腹腔注射能明显增强小鼠脾抗体分泌细胞数(PFC),最佳给药剂量为100mg/kg,也可明显增强小鼠对BSA诱导的迟发型超敏反应性(DTH)。它在体外对ConA,LPS引起的小鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应无影响。 |
