| 本文应用均匀设计预测薄层色谱最佳展开剂配比,以氯仿-甲醇-氨水(0.9:5.8:1.5)为展开剂,采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了九分散和疏风活络丸中士的宁和马钱子(?)的含量。平均回收率为97.2%,Cv%为1.2%(n=6)。 |
