| 本文应用误差叠加原理,对药物分析中的内标定量法进行了评价。五个实际例子说明,内标法改善分析方法精密度的条件是CV;s<2rCV,i。作者提出了在药物分析中所用内标法的条件。本文表明内标法除了其优点外,还存在一些局限性。 |
