| 以金黄地鼠的颊粘膜为模型,研究睾丸素通过颊粘膜的行为及促进它渗透的方法。结果表明,20%而二醇能增加睾丸素渗透金黄地鼠颊粘膜的渗透速率,为对照的水饱和溶液的2.5倍;而5%油酸、20%丙二醇和5%吐温—20组成的介质系统,则使睾丸素通过粘膜的渗透速率增加3倍。 |
