在慢性和急性缺氧条件下,Hilltop(HT)大鼠肺血管阻力(PVR)升高程度显著比Wistar(WT)大鼠高。吲哚美辛可减少WT大鼠PG2产生,提高PVR;对HT大鼠则减少TXA2产生,降低PVR。乙胺嗪和U-60257B通过抑制5-脂加氧酶使白三烯(LTs)产生减少,在缓解两种大鼠的缺氧性PVR增高中起重要作用。 |
