| 建立了尿中N-甲基-(3,4-亚甲二氧苯基)-2-丙胺及其代谢物对映体浓度的分析方法。药物经手性衍生化后,于非手性GC固定相上分离。采用该法测定了大鼠屎中各对映体浓度,结果表明药物及其代谢物均呈立体选择性代谢. |
