| 应用高效波相色谱法测定杞菊地黄口服液中芍药甙的含量。样品用正丁醇提取,YWGC8柱,流动相为乙腈—水(13:87),峰面积定量。方法准确,重现性好,平均加样回收率为99.0%,CV为1.01%。以山茱萸为对照药材,能同时鉴别样品中的山茱萸。本法适用于该制剂的质量控制。 |
