| 报道了冠舒注射液中葛根和元胡的薄层色谱鉴别结果,方法简便。并用分光光度法对其总黄酮的含量进行了测定,以便控制产品质量,结果可靠、重现性好.三批样品含量分别为8.783、7.906和8.134mg/ml。 |
