| 通过对现有工业方法进行改进,用等摩尔SOCl2在氯仿溶剂中,于35℃氯代β-二乙氨基乙醇得标题化合物。产物收率提高到75%以上,降低了物耗、减少了三废。 |

| Abstract: |
| 2-diethylaminoethyl chloride. an important intermediate of drugs. Was prepared in 75.3% yicld from 2-dicthylaminoethanol by chlorination with equivalence molecule SOCl2.The effect of solvents, temperature and amount of SOCl2 for reaction was observed. |
