101澄清剂用于灵芝黄芪精口服液的工艺研究

摘要:

应用101澄清剂代替醇沉法制备灵芝黄芪精口服液。经正交试验,优选出最佳101澄清剂浓度和沉淀温度,与醇沉法相比,101澄清剂能有效除去杂质,保留多糖、氨基酸等有效成份,并能降低成本,简化工艺,制备质量更优的口服液。

Abstract:

101 clarificant was used instead of water extraction and alcohol-precipitation method in the preparation of Ling-zhi-huang-qi-jing oralliquid. The optimum concentration and precipitation temperature of 101 clarificant were selected using arthogonal test.
