| 黄芪对心血管系统作用的主要有效成分是黄芪皂甙,黄芪皂甙大部分是以环黄芪皂醇为甙元的皂甙,其中黄芪甲甙含量最高。本文以双波长薄层扫描λs/sub>=500nm,λR=700nm测定环黄芪醇皂甙和黄芪甲甙的含量。 |
