| 采用小丸包衣工艺,利用正交设计实验对胶囊的处方、工艺进行筛选与优化,制备酮洛芬缓释胶囊,并测定其释放特征。结果表明:以优选的处方和工艺制备的缓释胶囊,体外释药缓释特征明显,持续释药达12h以上。该缓释胶囊处方合理,工艺简单,适合于工业化生产。 |
