| 摘要: |
| 目的:测定盐酸林可霉素乳膏的含量。方法:依据氯化钯与盐酸林可霉素形成稳定络合物,用紫外分光光度法于380nm处测定其吸收度,并计算含量。结果:回收率为99.63%,RSD为0.18%,线性范围为36.56～82.26μg/ml。结论:该方法适合该制剂的含量测定。 |
