| 摘要: |
| 目的:建立肤康乐搽剂的质量控制方法。方法:用薄层层析法对制剂中岗松、苦参进行定性鉴别,用气相色谱法对制剂中的冰片进行了定量测定。结果:线性范围2～1 0mg/ml,RSD为1 .5% (n =5)。结论:定性及定量方法简便,重现性好,阴性对照无干扰,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。 |
