摘要: |
目的:研究药物的电压与离子导入速率的关系。方法:以盐酸丁卡因为模型药物,采用去毛大鼠腹部皮肤和双室扩散池,分别测定不同电压下的增渗倍数(ER)。结果:增渗倍数对电压的线性回归方程为:ER =-3×10-3+3.202V ,r=0 .9979。结论:增渗倍数与电压成正比 |
