| 目的:对赤小豆、决明子及其混伪品进行电泳鉴别,并考察考马斯亮蓝G-250的染色效果。方法:可溶性蛋白质凝胶电泳。结果:赤小豆、决明子及其混伪品的电泳图谱存在显著差异。结论:电泳图谱可作为赤小豆、决明子及其混伪品的鉴别依据,考马斯亮蓝G-250可用于电泳鉴别。 |
