| 摘要: |
| 目的:改进肝胆显像剂配基依替菲宁的合成方法。方法:该化合物以2 ,6 -二乙基苯胺为原料,改进文献工艺制备而成。所得产物经红外光谱、核磁共振等分析确证结构。结果:工艺简单、产品易得、收率高于文献报道。结论:此合成路线完全可行。 |
