| 目的:研究外周干细胞培养液的细菌内毒素检查方法。方法:通过干扰试验证明外周干细胞培养液对细菌内毒素检查有抑制作用。结果:使用λ=0 .2 5 EU / ML的鲎试剂将样品稀释1∶2 0以上,可消除其对检查的干扰。结论:外周干细胞培养液可以用细菌内毒素检查法检测内毒素 |
