| 目的:确定芪术口服液的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用正交设计方法,对制备工艺进行了优化。结果:最佳工艺条件为加水量每次为生药重的9倍,煎煮3次,沸煮4 0min ,浓缩至含生药量0 .8g/ml,醇沉浓度为4 8%。结论:本研究实验结果可靠,最佳工艺条件适合批量生产 |
