| 目的 介绍用封闭式过滤器(一次性)进行控制菌检查。方法 采用封闭式过滤器(一次性)对含抑菌成分的3种外用液体药物进行控制菌检查,并和药典薄膜过滤法比较。结果 封闭式过滤器(一次性)较药典法简单、易行。结论 可以采用,但还需要厂家改进 |
