摘要: |
目的 从葡萄酒厂废渣果皮中提取以齐墩果酸为主的三萜类总组分。方法 采用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术,以正交试验优选最佳萃取工艺。结果 优化的萃取条件为:萃取压力35MPa ,温度55℃、通过80目筛的粉末。结论 优化的萃取条件经验证实验证明工艺稳定可靠,适合于工业化生产。 |
