目的 建立抗菌滴眼剂菌数测定的方法。方法 采用常规法和薄膜过滤法,对抗菌滴眼剂中添加活微生物进行回收验证。结果 常规法微生物回收率为0 ,薄膜过滤法平均回收率大于6 5 %。结论 薄膜过滤法能作为抗菌滴眼剂菌数测定的方法 |
