| 目的 建立养血祛毒胶囊质量标准。方法 采用TCL法对方中的独活等进行定性鉴别;用薄层扫描法测定苦参碱的含量。结果 定性鉴别专属性强,苦参碱平均回收率为98.8% ,RSD为2.08%。结论 所建立的方法简便、准确可用于该制剂的质量控制方法 |
