| 目的 根据不同种类中药材来选择DNA提取方法。方法 根据作者对各种药材鉴定的实践经验,结合国内外有关代表性的论文,进行归纳和整理。结果 分析了不同DNA提取方法适用范围和局限性。结论 根据药材种类、贮存时间,选取合适的提取方法和适当的样品量。 |
