| 摘要: |
| 目的对分离得到的苯扎贝特合成过程中的一个杂质进行结构确证,分析其产生的原因,并由此提出了工艺改进的方法。方法用柱色谱分离得到该杂质。结果改进后苯扎贝特在其粗品中的含量由79%提高到93%。结论分离得到的该杂质是造成产品纯度降低的主要原因之一。 |
