| 摘要: |
| 目的优选妇宁颗粒的提取工艺。方法以芍药苷浸出量为评价指标,采用正交试验法对妇宁颗粒的提取工艺进行优选。结果提取条件确定为加水浸泡0.5h,提取2次,加水量分别为10倍、8倍,提取时间分别为3,2h。结论试验结果为确定妇宁颗粒的提取工艺提供了实验依据。 |
