双波长分光光度法测定复方地氯霜中氯霉素的含量

摘要:

目的建立复方地氯霜中氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法采用双波长分光光度法测定氯霉素的含量。选择测定波长为268nm,参比波长为248nm。结果氯霉素的平均回收率为104.3%,RSD为2.93%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
