| 摘要: |
| 目的优选六味木香片中水溶性成分的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以固含量和栀子苷含量为考察指标,对加水量、提取时间、提取次数等影响因素进行研究。结果确定最佳工艺为加10倍量水,提取3次,每次1h。结论应用该水提工艺提取效率高,适于工业化生产。 |
