摘要: |
目的建立一种光纤传感快速测定氢溴酸加兰他敏注射液光谱和含量的方法。方法采用光纤传感过程分析系统,探测端浸入稀释后的注射剂溶液,输入样品相关信息及稀释倍数,计算机可显示扫描的图谱,并给出药物含量,同时比较该法与药典含量测定方法的一致性。结果本法可瞬间获得注射剂的特征图谱,提取相关参数;含量测定结果与药典方法进行比较,2种测定方法无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论光纤传感分析法可用于快速分析氢溴酸加兰他敏注射液。 |

Rapid Analysis of Galanthamine Hydrobromide Injection by Fiber-optic Sensor |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To develop a rapid analysis method by fiber-optic sensor for determining galanthamine hydrobromide injection spectrum and content rapidly. METHODS Using fiber-optic sensor process test system,the detector end was dipped into the solution which was from the dilution of the injection, when information related to the samples and dilution multiples was imported into the computer,it could show the scanning map and provide drug content. And compared the consistency of this method with the method in Ch.P(2005)in regard to determination at the same time. RESULTS The method could be instantaneous access to the feature map of the injection and obtain the related parameters. The determination results obtained by this method had no significant difference compared with the method of pharmacopoia of China(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The method of analysis by fiber-optic sensor can be used for rapid analysis injection. |
