| 摘要: |
| 目的 对痔病治疗药物进行综述，为痔病的药物治疗和新药研发提供参考。方法 检索近年来国内外有关痔病治疗药物的研究文献，针对药物的作用机制，进行分析和总结。结果 虽然痔病治疗药物的数量较多，但主要用于缓解或消除Ⅰ、Ⅱ期痔的症状。结论 需要在对痔的病因和发病机制研究的基础上，加大对痔病新药开发研究的力度。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To summarize the progresses of research and application of hemorrhoidal drugs, and therefore to offer some references for the therapy and new drug development of hemorrhoids.METHODS Searching the recent research literatures on hemorrhoidal drugs, and analyzing them with respect to the mechanisms.RESULTS The present therapeutic drugs can only relieve or abolish the symptom of hemorrhoids.CONCLUSION Researches on new drugs for haemorrhoids should be reinforced on the basis of further studies on the etiology and mechanisms of hemorrhoids. |
