摘要: |
目的建立山茱萸微粉细胞破壁率的检测方法。方法采用细胞计数法,以石细胞为评价指标,考察超细粉碎技术对山茱萸细胞破壁率的影响,测定山茱萸微粉的细胞破壁率。结果山茱萸细粉称样量与完整细胞计数的回归分析结果表明,两者显著相关。山茱萸经超细粉碎后细胞破壁率为92.75%。结论山茱萸粉末细胞计数方法简便,稳定,可靠。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To work out a method to determining wall-broken rate on asiatic comelian cherry fruit micropowder. METHODS Cytometry was used to investigate the influence of ultra-pulverization on asiatic comelian cherry fruit and determine wall-broken rate on asiatic comelian cherry fruit micropowder. RESUILS The regression analysis result of the weight of asiatic comelian cherry fruit powder and the number of complete cell indicated that both correlated significant. Wall-broken rate on asiatic comelian cherry fruit micropowder is 92.75%. CONCLUSION The method of cell counting on the powder of asiatic comelian cherry fruit is convenient, stabilize and reliable. |
