麦迪霉素与乙酰麦迪霉素的活性测定比较

摘要:
目的建立浊度法测定麦迪霉素及乙酰麦迪霉素活性的方法,并对其进行评价。方法以金黄色葡萄球菌为试验菌,加菌量为1.2%~2.5%,37℃±0.5℃培养3~4 h左右测定。结果麦迪霉素抗生素线性浓度为1.0~3.0 IU·mL-1,乙酰麦迪霉素抗生素线性浓度为0.3~3.0 IU·mL-1。结论本方法灵敏,快速,影响因素较少,可作为测定麦迪霉素和乙酰麦迪霉素效价的方法。

Comparision of the Content Determination of Midecamycin and Acetyl Midecamycin by Turbidimetric Method

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a turbidimetric method for the content determination of midecamycin and acetyl midecamycin. METHODS The test organism was Staphylococcus aureus and cultured with fresh medium (pH 7.0). Adjust spore suspension of Staphylococcus aureus inoculate with a 1.2%-2.5% ratio, at 37℃±0.5℃ for about 3-4 h. RESULTS The liner range of midecamycin was 1.0-3.0 IU·mL-1, and it of acetyl midecamycin was 0.3-3.0 IU·mL-1. CONCLUSION The method is sensitive, rapid and feasible to determine midecamycin and acetyl midecamycin.
