天然植物多糖的研究进展与前景展望

摘要:
目的 针对多糖在医药领域潜在的应用价值及多糖的开发、利用以及存在的问题进行讨论。方法 综述植物多糖的研究现状,并对多糖的提取、分离和纯化进行阐述,以及对结构和功能的关系进行总结。结果 植物多糖具有抗氧化、抗衰老、降低血糖、调节脂代谢和抗辐射等功能,并能增强机体免疫力和抗病能力。结论 植物多糖由于它们独特的功能和低毒性,作为新药研发的方向具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE The aspects of the future potential applications in the medical field and the value of the polysaccharide development, use, as well as the problems that exist are described. METHODS The current status and latest advances in the plant polysaccharides are reviewed from several recent research articles, and the brief introduction to the Chinese polysaccharide extraction, isolation and purification, and the relationship between the structure and function. RESULTS The plant polysaccharides has anti-oxidation, anti-aging, lower blood sugar, regulate lipid metabolism and anti-radiation function, and to enhance immunity and disease resistance. CONCLUSION Because of their unique features, and low toxicity, as the direction of development of new drugs has widely and promising foreground in the field of medicine.
