摘要:

目的 分析不合理用药情况并提出对策。方法 查阅本院2007年7月—2008年12月处方，对不合理用药情况做统计归类和回顾性分析。 结果 不合理用药处方占查阅总数的0.42%，表现为给药途径不当、剂量不合理、溶媒不当、给药时间间隔不当、配伍不当、疗程过长等。结论 针对不合理用药情况医院应当加强关于合理用药的宣传培训和制度建设，医师与药师应密切配合共同促进合理用药。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE Analysis of irrational drug use and come up with strategies. METHODS Access to the Court from July 2007 to December 2008 the prescription of irrational drug use statistics classified and analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS Unreasonable prescription drugs accounted for 0.42% of the total number of available performance for the improper route of administration, dose unreasonable solvent improper delivery time interval, combined improperly, such as course of treatment is too long. CONCLUSION Unreasonable for the hospital drug use should be strengthened publicity on rational drug use training and institution building, doctors and pharmacists should cooperate closely to promote rational drug use.
