摘要:

蛋白质在食品、医药及生物等领域都有着重要的作用和广泛的应用，因此高效和高灵敏度的蛋白质分离分析成为现代药物分析、分析化学及生命科学研究的热点。本文就现代色谱技术、色谱光谱联用技术、以及相关的集成化技术在蛋白分离和分析中最新应用及进展作一简要的综述。

Abstract:

Protein is playing a very important role in fields of food,medicine,biology et al,so the high performanced and hypersensitized techniques of protein separation and analysis become the hot spot in morden pharmaceutical analysis,analytic chemistry,and life science.This review introduced the recent applications and development of modern chromatographic technique and multiple techniques of protein separation and analysis concisely.
