| 目的 建立测定秋水仙碱片含量及含量均匀度的方法。方法 采用C8柱，甲醇-水(40∶60)为流动相，检测波长为254 nm。结果 线性范围为2~20 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)，平均回收率为100.2%(RSD=0.6%，n=9)。结论 本法用于测定秋水仙碱片的含量和含量均匀度，结果准确灵敏，可获得满意的测定结果。 |

| OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of content and content uniformity of colchicine tablets. METHODS An HPLC method was established on C8 columns with a mobile phase of methanol-water (40∶60) and detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of content was linear in the range of 2-20 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.2% with RSD of 0.6% (n=9). CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, and its results of determination is satifactory. The method can be used for the determination of content and content uniformity of colchicine tablets. |
