摘要: |
目的 建立薏苡仁油高效液相指纹图谱。方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱条件:Agilent Zorbax Extend C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 µm);乙腈-二氯甲烷(65∶35)为流动相;流速为0.5 mL·min-1;蒸发光散射检测器。结果 所建立的指纹图谱分析方法的方法学考察结果均符合规定,共确定了7个共有峰。 结论 所建立的薏苡仁油HPLC指纹图谱分析方法简便可靠,重复性好,可作为控制薏苡仁油质量的有效方法。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC fingerprint of coicis oil. METHODS High performance liquid chromatography was used for identification. Separations were performed on a Zorbax Extend C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 µm)with an isocratic mobile phase of acetonitrile-dichloromethane (65∶35); flow rate: 0.5 mL·min-1; analytes were detected by evaporative light-scattering detector(ELSD). RESULTS The method of HPLC fingerprint analysis was validated and in keeping with the requirement. Seven common peaks were found in fingerprint. CONCLUSION All results above exhibit that the method is practicable, reproducible, and reliable as a method for quality control of coicis oil. |
