大孔吸附树脂分离纯化延胡索总生物碱

摘要:
目的 用大孔吸附树脂对延胡索总生物碱进行分离纯化研究。方法 以总生物碱的吸附量和解吸附率为考察指标,选择纯化工艺。结果 D101型大孔吸附树脂对延胡索生物碱具有较大吸附量。洗脱方法为先以纯水除去杂质,再以0.2 mol·L-1盐酸50%乙醇洗脱,收集洗脱液。结论 用本法分离纯化延胡索总生物碱简单、可行。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the optimal separation of the total alkaloids from Corydalis yanhusuo by selecting appropriate macroporous adsorption resins. METHODS To evaluate the separating efficiency by measuring the adsorption ratio, eluting ratio of the total alkaloids as indexes. RESULTS The D101 macroporous adsorption resins have the best adsorption capacity and the optimal separating efficiency with the following eluting method: the extract liquid was applied to resin column, then the resin was washed by water to remove impurity and the total alkaloids were desorbed by 0.2 mol·L-1 hydrochloride 50% ethanol. CONCLUSION This method is simple, feasible and can be used for separation and purification of the total alkaloids from Corydalis yanhusuo.
