舒康贴膏中愈创木酚GC鉴别的研究

摘要:
目的 建立舒康贴膏中愈创木酚GC鉴别方法。方法 采用GC对舒康贴膏中的愈创木酚进行定性鉴别,色谱柱以聚5%二苯基-95%二甲基硅烷为固定相,起始温度50 ℃,保持5 min,以每分钟10 ℃程序升温至220 ℃。结果 愈创木酚在GC色谱图中无干扰,分离良好。结论 该方法简单、重复性好,可作为该制剂的鉴别方法。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish the GC identification method of guaiacol in the Shukang adhesive plasters. METHODS The method was applied to identify guaiacol in the extractum kernel crataegi by GC. A column (30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) packed with 5% phenyl 95% methyl polysiloxane as the liquid phase on the solid support. The column temperature is set at 50 ℃ and hold for 5 min for injection, then programmed at 10 ℃·min-1 to 220 ℃; splitless injection. RESULTS Guaiacol in the extractum kernel crataegi could be identified by GC. CONCLUSION The GC methods are simple and reproducible, and can be used for the identification of the plasters.
